What do I need to do before you arrive?

All we ask is that you clear away clutter before our maids get there. This lets us do our best work at making your home shiny, clean, and spotless!

How many maids will come to my house?

Rather than “taking over” your house with a big team-and potentially overlooking something, as is all too common when too many people share a single project-we work in teams of two: A supervisor and a maid. In some urgent situations or a job where haste is essential, we may send a team of three Regal Maids.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the way something was cleaned?

At Platinum cleaning service, we stand by our work. That’s why we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with anything, just give us a call within 24 hours. We’ll be more than happy to bring the cleaning up to your standards at no extra cost.

Are you bonded and insured?

Platinum cleaning service provides in-depth training and requires each location to maintain liability insurance, bonding, and current business licenses. 

How can I schedule cleaning services for a time that works for me?

Our maids assure customers a service window of one hour. We recommend clients with specific scheduling requests book their appointments in the morning, as complications related to our customers’ needs can often impact our scheduling toward the end of the day.
